With xMP Console service operators can:
- Deploy services via a one-click deployment process across a clustered, high availability environment
- Bind dialled inbound numbers (DNIS/SIP Triggers) to applications
- Assign dynamic attributes to applications to influence service logic and prompting
- Dynamically change prompts with no service downtime
- Analyse services in real-time including number of calls taken, peak and minimum usage
- View logging and de-bugging information, including viewing dynamically generated VoiceXML in real-time
- Modify logging formats, logging levels and download logs - all in real-time
- Securely access additional management pages for an application (e.g. bespoke application configuration pages)
- Partition Application Server resources and allow their management within a shared multi-tenant environment
- Tenants can manage and control their own applications without any visibility or interference with other tenants' applications
- Tenants may allocate "content only" users who can modify application prompts/content and parameters without rights to start/stop applications
- Simple, rapid and fully automated application deployment - without knowledge of underlying partitioning and clustering structure
- Applications automatically deployed to offline servers when they rejoin the cluster - making a true "one click" deployment
- Grouping of DNIS and Triggers allows instantaneous re-configuration of inbound routing and application parameterisation
- Change application behaviour and configuration whilst applications are operational - zero downtime, no call interruption
- Change prompts whilst applications are operational - zero downtime, no call interruption
- Call Centre or other business users can modify restricted set of prompts without being able to affect (deliberately or accidentally) any other part of the application
- Ability to change prompts "on the fly" - e.g. to react to emergency situations
- Easy and in-depth debugging of applications with comprehensive logs/stats
- Mutli-tenanting allows sharing and more efficient use of resources
- Single platform can be used as test, pre-production and live environment with mutli-tenant partitioning
- The actions of one tenant cannot affect another
- Allow tenants to take control of their own applications and resources without affecting the platform as a whole
