xMP Studio

xMP Studio is used to configure a service for particular requirements and to enable this to be done without altering the logic of the service that is created in xMP Director. xMP Studio can be used to tailor the prompts and grammars that are delivered to callers enabling a single “white-label” service to be branded in different ways or provided in multiple languages to meet the needs of different calling communities.

xMP Studio enables the user to:

• Modify an application without changing the logic
• Manage the Content (prompts and grammars) of the application
• Specify “Dynamic Prompts” to enable Service Operators to change prompts within a live service via xMP Console
• Quickly add new brands or languages to a service, independent of service logic
• Add transcript notes for Voice Talent and export/import recording scripts
• Create and configure Call Detail Records for different business units
• Alter Time of Day logic to enable the service to act differently based on time of day/day of week
• View Audit Trails detailing changes made to the application
