xMP Console

xMP Console is a comprehensive service management tool, which enables Service Operators to deploy, configure, manage and analyse the applications that are running in their environment. Console is a thin-client, web-based tool, accessible via a secure, remote connection.

With xMP Consule service operators can:

• Deploy services via a one-click deployment process across a clustered environment
• Bind DNIS (Triggers) to services
• Assign dynamic attributes to services to influence service logic and prompting
• Dynamically change prompts with no service downtime
• Analyse services in real time including number of calls taken, peak and minimum usage
• View logging and de-bugging information, including viewing dynamically generated VoiceXML in real-time
• Securely access specific management pages for a service
• Partition Application Server resources and allow their management within a shared multi-tenant environment
