Vicorp announced that it has made a significant move into profit following its de-listing from AIM and reorganisation in April 2009. CEO Brendan Treacy stated: "The company has posted a profit for the last three quarters of calendar year 2009 and looks set to maintain profit growth in 2010".

Vicorp is pleased to announce that it has raised ₤546,250 (before expenses) by the private placing of 14,566,665 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each at a price of 3.75 pence per ordinary share, effective 27 April 2007. It is intended that the funds raised under the placing will be used to provide working capital.
