The Group is pleased to announce that it has been selected as winners of the 2007 IBM Software Group Platinum Achievement Award for its dedication to serving the complex needs of IBM customers in the contact centre solutions space, driving demand in both the enterprise and the SMB marketplace, with IBM Websphere Voice Server technology.
The awards were introduced by IBM over 7 years ago to recognise outstanding contributions from the IBM UK Software Business partner community. The award is recognised in the IBM Customer community. Vicorp is now recognised by IBM as one of its leading partners in the Voice Self Service market.
