Thai Operator Selects Vicorp's xMP Technology for Next-Generation Self-Service Portal

London, November 10, 2011 - Vicorp Group PLC, the leading provider of Voice Self-Service and Voice Authentication solutions,  today announced that a major Thai service provider has deployed Vicorp's xMP technology to deliver state-of-the-art personalised self-service. 

Based on the speed and flexibility offered by xMP, the company selected Vicorp's leading Service Creation and Execution Environment (SCEE), to provide first class customer self-service applications.

The operator is now offering a wide range of self-service capabilities within their new customer portal.  Customers are able to use Vicorp's self-service platform to receive information about their service status and elect to make changes without the need to speak to an agent.  Furthermore, if a customer with a renewal date within the next month calls the service, they will be automatically transferred to an agent to extend the contract.
