Following a comprehensive evaluation Optus Business selected xMP for service creation and execution in a multi-tenant hosted environment and is now providing automated voice services for enterprise clients.  Optus Business offers a wide range of self-service capabilities within its IVR portal, provided as a secure virtual IVR for hosted clients.
