Vicorp Announces New Contract with GE Capital

London, 10th July 2006:

Vicorp, the leading provider of Service Creation Software technologies, today announced that GE Capital in two locations Norway & Denmark has selected Vicorp's xMP Service Creation Software to facilitate a new self service telephone based system for their credit card customers, this is one of the first joint wins with their partner Nortel who are the largest vendor of telecommunications infrastructures in the world with a 21.5% market share in 2005 (Source: Synergy Research Group).

The new service will allow GE customers to; report lost or stolen cards, list their recent credit card purchase, retrieve balance and available credit information. The new service will reduce hold times and free-up customer service representatives to focus on providing additional value added services to GE customers.

Vicorp's xMP suite allows major organisations to quickly create, deploy and manage a range of high-quality voice self-services. Core services can be built once but deployed many times. Any single service can be configured to support multiple brands, thus reducing cost and time-to-market for automated services. Automated voice services free up time on routine transactions and allow customer service staff to spend more time handling complex interactions directly with customers.
