but queuing is not dead yet
UK adults are embracing self service in the call centre when querying services and buying products, according to new research conducted for Vicorp. Over half of UK adults are willing to use an automated service, with 22% preferring to use the self service option immediately rather than going to a live agent.

27/04/2007 - Placing, Contract award, Intention to list on AIM
Vicorp is pleased to announce that it has raised ₤546,250 (before expenses) by the private placing of 14,566,665 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each at a price of 3.75 pence per share, effective 27 April 2007.
The directors are pleased to announce that they have signed a framework agreement with Barclays Bank PLC. The agreement appoints Vicorp as the application development partner for its voice applications for the next two years.
The directors of the company intend to raise further equity through a placing at the time of the Company's admission to AIM. Details will be announced in due course. Further details...
